Khloé Kardashian lightheartedly calls her 1-year-old son, Tatum, endearing names like “mini Robert” and “baby Rob,” due to his uncanny likeness to her brother, Rob Kardashian.

Khloé has often spoken about how her child reminds her of Rob, with certain traits sparking this amusing notion. In a recent revelation, she shared a fascinating story about how these family resemblances led to a series of paternity tests.

While chatting on the SHE MD podcast on May 7, Khloé recounted the amusing incident, which could easily be a plot in a Kardashian show episode. She mentioned, “My son looks just like my brother, and Rob is one of my favourite people.”

This resemblance, paired with Tatum having the humorous spark of her late father, made Khloé wonder about the uncanny family similarities.

“There’s bits of my dad in Tatum too. I find it quite strange,” she commented. With Dr. Aliabadi, one of the hosts, by her side, Khloé confessed the likeness between Tatum and Rob seemed even more pronounced than with her. It led her to ponder, humorously yet seriously, on her son’s parentage.

Despite knowing Tatum was an IVF or surrogate baby, Khloé humorously questioned Rob, asking, “Rob, have you ever donated sperm anywhere?” She took things further by asking Tristan, Tatum’s father, to undergo three separate DNA tests, much to his dismay.

Although the paternity of Tatum had already been medically confirmed, Khloé’s doctor was taken aback by her determination to ensure every angle was explored. She eventually embraced the idea that Tatum carries distinct Kardashian traits, joking that such a mix-up might be more common than one thinks—though it might be quite unsettling.

To add to this paternity tale, Khloé took a moment to compliment Tristan for his role as a father. Despite their history, she acknowledged him as an “incredible father” to their children—writing off past grievances but appreciating his positive attributes.

Though Khloé and Tristan ended their relationship in December 2019 amid a cheating scandal, they continue to co-parent their 6-year-old daughter, True Thompson, alongside Tatum. Khloé expressed her appreciation for their effective co-parenting efforts, saying, “We’re not meant to be together, but he was meant to be the father of these kids.”
