Justin Baldoni’s Lawyer Clarifies Stance Amid Blake Lively Legal Dispute

There’s been quite a buzz surrounding Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively, and now Justin’s legal team is giving some insight into the situation following a substantial lawsuit initiated by Blake.

According to Justin Baldoni’s attorney, there’s no ill intent towards Blake Lively. In fact, there’s been quite a misunderstanding, as Baldoni’s lawyer asserts. He insists that Justin never intended to harm Blake and did not anticipate such significant allegations in a lawsuit.

In a conversation on the Today Show, attorney Bryan Freedman shared that the charges against Justin orchestrating any defamation against Blake were baseless, stating firmly that there was no intent to tarnish her reputation, even after their movie hit the screens.

From the start, Justin balked at these claims, Freedman noted, reiterating the actor’s sentiments: “I have no desire for anything negative towards her, and no wish to cause her any harm.”

Still, despite these statements, Justin’s legal team is preparing to counter with their lawsuit against Blake Lively. They are firm on serving her with a legal notice as plans are underway to countersue.

The legal team shared they plan to disclose every text exchanged between the former co-stars. The lawsuit against the New York Times by Baldoni is already in motion, but the next step clearly involves Blake, ensuring she faces the legal repercussions they deem necessary.

Freedman also addressed that the screenshot texts shared by the New York Times were not portrayed accurately, emphasizing that it’s not about choosing sides, but rather letting the truth be known.
