Before the big reveal, Katie discussed these dolls in detail on a YouTube video alongside her sister Sophie and her partner JJ Slater.
She addressed her 354,000 subscribers, explaining that there was so much curiosity online about the babies. It prompted her to clarify, all with a smile, ‘They are mine, but not in the way you might be thinking.’
Katie then guided her viewers to a room where she showcased the dolls. She laid them on the bed, cradling them lovingly as one would with a real baby.
