A Reddit user managed to evade a potential stalker by following wise advice she had read online. She was wrapping up a shopping trip at a mall with her husband. Before heading out, she wanted to use the restroom, so her husband proceeded to wait in their car.

Upon entering the restroom, she noticed a man was inside, and he looked at her as she walked past. This triggered a memory of an online post she had recently read.
